The plan for health insurance for 5000 children in Birmingham may be a commendable effort, given that the project is co-sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama and Children’s Hospital in collaboration with the city. But this is not the city of responsibility for the funding of this type are seeking.

Blessed to live in the United States:
