FGIC, XL Insurance Alabama County debt give ideas
FGIC Corp. arm’s insurance bond and XL Capital Assurance Inc., a part of Security Capital Assurance (SCA.N: Quote, Profile, Research), said Friday that the proposals made, Representatives of Alabama’s in Jefferson County an attempt to resolve its debt problems.

“We have a number of solutions we believe that fairness for all parties concerned, including Jefferson County’s ratepayers and its bondholders,” added she added.
